Developed for trekkers, travelers, pilgrims, and climbers, this course will support your respiratory health, mental clarity, and physical stamina at elevations above 2,500 meters. Guided by high-altitude physiology and ancient yogic wisdom, this course offers both preventative and supportive practices to help you acclimatize naturally and sustainably.
