It is set as 21 days challenge for you. With 10 live sessions with Ananta and then 11 days on your own. Set your time for daily sessions. Even if you can't join live sessions you can enroll and watch the videos to do at your convenient time.
Once you enroll you will have full access to recordings for 21 days so you can complete your 21 days challenge!
Where are live classes in the course?
Once you enroll you will see the Section 'Live class recordings' and with 10 lessons set at 'Day 1 (15Apr2023)' etc. In each section you will find 'Live' icon with ((*)) a red dot inside. That is your entry to the live class.

Ananta (PG Diploma Yogic Studies) has a Bachelor’s degrees in Arts and a PG Diploma in Computer Application and pursued her year-long PG Diploma studies in Yoga at Bihar Yoga Bharati and learnt the fundamentals of Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Psychology and Applied Yogic Science to create a strong foundation for herself, She recently completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training Certification with SIYA International to become an International Certified Yoga Instructor. Ananta has been teaching Yoga since 2003 and also focuses on yoga for women’s complete health, empowering women towards vibrant health and joyful living, by designing specific modules for individual needs. With her punctuality, discipline and sense of humor Ananta is always happy to share the gifts of yoga with all. She is an active member of SIYA International Team
