Course Summary

Classical Hatha Yoga is about balancing the polarities in the body, reconnecting with our souls purpose and vision. When we include specific exercises that promote emotional release we bring about a more stable mind and heart. Emotional well being is not the absence of stress, but a thriving in spite of it. We learn how to move gently in the world with better awareness and softness.
Everyone’s struggles are different, with a different reality attached. These classes will give you the space to explore your own personal struggles while giving you tools to assist in the resolution of many emotional challenges.
Classes will include postures, breath work, visualization, meditation and sometimes some homework.  
Whatever your emotional challenge, arrive to the class with an openness to what is ready to be resolved or released.  
You will need a mat and blanket, a pen and paper. Occasionally we will use a block or a strap.

Frequency: Class will run for 90 minutes every Tuesday and Friday mornings  
Missed class: Don't worry. When you enroll you get access to all recordings till 21 days after the last session. That way you can practice at your convenience and as many times as you like!
